Melissa values the process of crafting customized plans for AXIOM clients based on their unique marketing and advertising needs. She works with a diversity of companies and organizations and knows the importance of taking the time to learn how each of them operates. Melissa embraces the challenge of putting together a strategic marketing plan that makes the best use of her clients’ resources – then seeing the results come in. "It is very exciting when results materialize and I see the client’s trust in AXIOM grow. I care about my clients' success as though their businesses were my own." 

Melissa enjoys the team atmosphere at AXIOM and the team’s commitment to work together for a common goal. She also appreciates the partnership she has with her clients and can't imagine doing anything else. 

An Evansville native and a graduate of Indiana University, Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in communications. She is co-founder of the Evansville-based group Women Right of Center (WROC) and serves on the organization’s board of directors. Melissa and her husband, Scott, reside in Evansville and have four children.
