Randy Lientz directs AXIOM with more than twenty-five years in media, promotions, PR, marketing and corporate leadership. Randy is a results-oriented businessman whose head is focused on strategy for AXIOM clients – and whose heart still loves the creative process. He brings his business savvy and grasp of marketing strategy to everything AXIOM does.
Randy believes AXIOM must understand the client’s business, target audience and marketing goals in order to serve as an effective resource for the client. He works closely with the AXIOM team on creative concepting, marketing strategy and follow-up on results. To Randy, success is about positively impacting AXIOM clients both professionally and personally.
A graduate of the University of Evansville, Randy has served many non-profit and professional organizations outside the workplace. In 2007 he received the prestigious American Advertising Federation’s Silver Medal Award and in 2009 he and wife Nina accepted a Lifetime Achievement Award from Vanderburgh County Right to Life – on behalf of AXIOM -- in recognition of leadership and service to the organization’s mission. Randy is a lifelong musician and “electronics guy.” He likes to travel and play golf, volunteers as a reader at Scott Elementary School and enjoys managing his granddaughter’s hockey teams in the Evansville Youth Hockey Association and Nashville Youth Hockey League.
