Women's Health Care, P.C. is comprised of nineteen obstetricians/gynecologists who formed in 1996 by merging three leading OB/GYN practices from the Tri-State area. Women's Health Care, P.C. offers a full range of obstetric and gynecologic care.

Challenge

To increase the number of Women’s Health Care patients from throughout the Tri-State area and to sell its expertise in specialized medical procedures by updating the Women’s Health Care brand and increasing awareness of its new facilities and high-tech capabilities.

Strategy

AXIOM created a new logo and look for Women’s Health Care, P.C. that is designed to speak to women in every phase of life. All marketing and support materials were updated to incorporate the elements of this new corporate identity package. AXIOM also designed and developed a welcoming website that specifically addresses women of each age group. The new site allows patients to update medical information, make appointments, request prescription refills and more.

Results

Women’s Health Care staff members have more time to provide patient services and can now work more efficiently because patients use the new website to complete tasks the staff previously handled in the office. The website upgrade also has resulted in decreased waiting time for patients, which increases patient satisfaction levels.
